Our Flambeau Court (festival food booths) is filled with Louisiana cuisine and desserts. Bring your appetite! Family Gras food vendors have something to suit everyone's taste. Come experience for yourself...fresh Louisiana seafood, specialty items such as alligator sausage, deep fried Oreos, soft shell crab po-boys, fried fish, sliders, shrimp and more!

The Flambeau Court is located on Festival Plaza neutral ground consiting of 6 food vendor booths a New Orleans Original Daiqiuri's booth, and beverage booths. The food court is just as diverse as Jefferson.

2013 Family Gras Food Vendors & Daiquiri Vendor Include:

Benedict's Plantation will feature Blue Crab Sliders, Seafood Gumbo with French Bread and Blackened Angus Slider.

Big Wil & The Warden, LLC will feature authentic Louisiana cuisines including Alligator Sausage Po-boys, Bacon-wrapped Shrimp Sandwich, Soft Shell Crab Po-boys and more!

MyMe's Catering will include their signature Crawfish Pasta, Stuffed Crab with Potato Salad, Fried Fish with Crawfish Sauce and more!

New Orleans Cookery is back and will be serving up signature Jambalaya- Catfish, Louisiana Crab Cakes, Alligator on a Stick, and more!

New Orleans Hog Dogs & Chocolate Devil will feature bacon grilled Hot Dogs, Hot Sausage and what every festival needs...yummy Double Chocolate Caramel Brownies!

The Happy Belly will be serving kid-friendly dishes such as Deep Fried PB&J, Red Beans & Rice, Deep Fried Oreos, and more!

New Orleans Original Daiquiris will have White Russians, Margaritas, Jungle Juice and Pina Coladas. Stop by their booth and quench your thirst.
